Primary Construction completed the interior fit-out of a full 25,000 sq. ft. floor for Manulife at 100 University Avenue, transforming the space into a contemporary model suite designed to inspire collaboration and flexibility.

The project included a full floor rebuild, delivering open workstations, boardrooms, meeting rooms, lunchrooms, and a new accessible washroom. Highlights include custom millwork panelling in the elevator lobby, living walls, polished concrete floors, and custom acoustical wall and ceiling panels.

The design by Figure3 balances aesthetics and function through glass office fronts, open ceilings, and feature walls that bring warmth and identity to the workspace.

Working under a Stipulated Price – CCDC 2 contract and collaborating closely with Figure3 and JLL, we delivered a contemporary, adaptable suite that highlights the building’s strengths and supports leasing efforts for the tower.
