Dream Office REIT - Model Suite Program

Primary Construction completed the first model suite for Dream Office REIT at 350 Bay Street, marking the beginning of a multi-suite upgrade initiative within the building. The 3,000 sq. ft. space, designed by KGRN Inc., showcases a modern, open-concept layout with custom millwork, full-height glass fronts, and polished concrete floors.

The design blends refined detailing and functionality, featuring glass-enclosed meeting rooms, integrated wall panelling, and high-end finishes that elevate tenant appeal and leasing potential. Despite tight downtown logistics and complex scheduling, Primary Construction delivered the turnkey build in just 10 weeks, coordinating closely with Dream’s team and KGRN Inc. to ensure seamless execution and quality craftsmanship.

The result is a sophisticated model suite that sets the standard for future build-outs within the portfolio — a balance of modern design, precision, and performance.
