Primary Construction completed the demolition and build-out of four premium suites at the Rogers Centre, two single suites and two double suites, including a custom space for TD’s corporate use. Designed to elevate the 2025 season, each suite features built-in bar areas, custom millwork, integrated AV, and upscale lounge seating.

Delivered on a compressed timeline ahead of opening day, the project reflects precision, coordination, and premium finishes , transforming each suite into a private, elevated game-day destination.
