Designed in collaboration with Baudit Interior Design, the space was envisioned as a highly marketable, move-in-ready environment tailored to attract a broad tenant profile in a competitive downtown market.

The suite features a clean, contemporary layout that prioritizes natural light, openness, and material contrast. Full-height glazing, refined millwork, and polished concrete floors establish a modern aesthetic, while thoughtfully integrated meeting areas and collaborative zones enhance flexibility and functionality for prospective tenants.

Through close coordination with Dream’s team, Primary Construction delivered a seamless turnkey solution that balances visual impact with practical performance.
