Compugen – Edmonton Office Fit-Out

Compugen’s Edmonton team needed more than a refreshed office, they needed a space that encouraged collaboration and reflected their culture of innovation.

Partnering closely with their project team, Primary Construction transformed 5,000 sq. ft. of existing offices and meeting rooms into an open-concept staff area complemented by modern private offices. The scope also included demising and returning 3,500 sq. ft. back to the landlord, all completed efficiently, on schedule, and with minimal disruption.

The result is a workspace that balances function and flexibility, supporting Compugen’s continued growth while strengthening our partnership as their trusted construction partner in Western Canada.
