Colliers Project Leaders engaged Primary Construction to refresh their head office at 30 Eglinton Ave. W in Mississauga. Their goal was simple: update the space to support daily operations without undergoing a disruptive full-scale renovation.

The scope included selective demolition, drywall and ceiling repairs, new electrical and data drops, millwork and flooring restoration, and a modern kitchen faucet installation.
