Primary Construction delivered a 5,000 sq. ft. model suite for Dream Office REIT at 360 Bay Street, transforming the former St. Stephen’s Chapel into a modern, thoughtfully designed workplace. Designed in collaboration with Baudit Interior Design, the suite transforms the historic setting into a polished, move-in-ready workplace for today’s tenants.

The space features an open, light-filled layout with full-height glazing, modern workstations, and flexible meeting areas. A custom wood feature wall adds warmth and texture, while a restrained material palette and subtle green accents create a refined, contemporary aesthetic.

Through close coordination with Dream and Baudit, Primary Construction delivered a functional, leasing-focused environment that brings new purpose to a building with a unique history.
